Commitment of Love
Marriage is a spoken bond of love, nothing more, nothing less. To break that bond it takes a divorce of the two in one unit to make two units once again.
Neither marriage nor divorce is a piece of paper. It is rather a commitment of love or withdrawal of the same
The complexity of the two opposites being made in the same statement is that nothing is guaranteed, everything is constantly changing. Recognizing the contradiction leaves little choice except to just accept love for the time and space it is given.
For each of the today's, I will hold closely and dearly the love and caring, the sharing of tears and laughter and everything in between.
I will gather around me, like a soft, warm blanket held tight against a cold winter's night, the comfort of being loved so completely, and of giving from the heart.
